Notice BoardTHE SURGERY IS NOW OPEN LATE ON MONDAYS UNTIL 20:00 AND SATURDAY MORNINGS BETWEEN 09:00 AND 12:00. THESE CLINICS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY We wish to enable working patients to attend at time more convenient to themselves, therefore if you are able to attend the surgery during normal working hours please do so. Patients from Belmont Health Centre and Long Elmes practices are welcome.
BLOOD TEST RESULTS: You can contact the surgery a minimum of 7 working days after your blood test to be given your results. Please call between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Important note: We will contact you if your results are abnormal. For this reason, please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
AGED 15-24? We are currently providing Chlamydia screening via urine sample without an appointment. Simply attend the surgery and ask to see a nurse or medical assistant to arrange screening. For further information please make an appointment with a nurse or medical assistant.
HAS YOUR CHILD BEEN FULLY IMMUNISED AGAINST MMR? MMR cases are on the increase. Ensure your child is fully protected now - please make an appointment to see the practice nurse.
